STORE POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Standard order processing time for "in stock" products is up to 7 biz days. If it takes longer we will contact you.

  • Order processing time for "Build to order" products is negotiable. Please contact us to get lead time before placing an order.

  • We ship by regular post service (Poczta Polska) providing track number.

  • No obligations on delivery. In case of damages, please, see "Damage in transit".

  • We can ship by most courier services. In this case please contact us or send us email before ordering.

  • non-EC customers please be aware of import customs tax and VAT. We do not care about this.

  • We provide worldwide Free Shipping for orders above 80USD as well as for most of our tools.

  • We bill flat 10USD for rope/cables orders below 80USD internationally and 5USD locally in Poland.

  • No shipments on weekends and public holidays.

  • US, UK, AU power supply may be shipped separately, drop shipment.

  • Printed guide and DVD disk are NOT INCLUDED in a package anymore. Please download it from our "Downloads" page.

RETURNS

  • We accept non-reasonable returns within 7 days only from local Polish customers. Refund is made within 14 days after receiving product.

  • International returns are negotiable in every particular cases.

  • Buyer pays for return shipping.

COMPLAINTS

  • We accept complaints within 7 days after receiving.

  • Please contact us or send us email if something goes wrong with your order.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

  • If product is damaged during delivery, please, report to us as much information as possible including the description of the outer box condition, photos of damage etc.

  • After reviewing we will send spare parts if possible or replace the product. This is negotiated in every particular case.

  • In case we replace a product customer pays for return delivery.

PAYMENT

All prices are in USD.

We accept payments by:

  • Credit/Debit cards via PayU, PayPal;

  • Offline wire transfer. Ask for a proforma-invoice to get details;

  • PayPal.

LOYALTY PROGRAM AND DISCOUNTS

For large volume rope and cable orders we provide discounts.

If you have already bought one of our tool which is eligible for loyalty program you may purchase another tools at special prices.

REFUND

I case you've ordered wrong product, made wrong payment or any other significant reason please contact us to negotiate refund as soon as possible BEFORE order shipping.

We do not refund undelivered orders which have been lost by post or courier service as it's beyond our control.

What do we collect?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
