Order processing time for "Build to order" products is negotiable. Please contact us to get lead time before placing an order.

No obligations on delivery. In case of damages, please, see "Damage in transit".

non-EC customers please be aware of import customs tax and VAT. We do not care about this.

No shipments on weekends and public holidays.
- US, UK, AU power supply may be shipped separately, drop shipment.

Printed guide and DVD disk are NOT INCLUDED in a package anymore. Please download it from our "Downloads" page.

RETURNS

We accept non-reasonable returns within 7 days only from local Polish customers. Refund is made within 14 days after receiving product.

International returns are negotiable in every particular cases.

Buyer pays for return shipping.
COMPLAINTS

We accept complaints within 7 days after receiving.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

If product is damaged during delivery, please, report to us as much information as possible including the description of the outer box condition, photos of damage etc.

After reviewing we will send spare parts if possible or replace the product. This is negotiated in every particular case.

In case we replace a product customer pays for return delivery.
